HR Alchemy is a black female-owned company (BBBEE Level 1 contributor) that comprises of a national team of internationally experienced HR Generalists from across different sectors and industries.  The team has over 100 years’ experience in the Leadership arena in the UK, Mauritius, Egypt and South Africa.  We offer a full transformational service that includes strategic HR consultancy, core programmes both in-house and public, together with the ability to design and deliver bespoke solutions.

HR Alchemy was recently founded in response to a need in the South African market for a service provider to engage with organisations on a personal level by co-creating solutions that result in sustainable transformation and long-term partnerships with our clients.

Whilst HR Alchemy offers a full suite of leadership programmes, the depth and range of experience of the team means that we are able to provide greater insight and design solutions using tools and techniques that have proven to be successful internationally.
